Workshops

Workshops offer low-cost opportunities for businesses and individuals to improve skills and competencies.

Whether you are a large, multi-faceted corporation or a small group, workshops can be tailored to your needs.

What often takes semesters of expensive courses in an educational environment can be obtained in an intensive one-, two-, or three-day workshop.

Productivity in the office or on the work floor is the key to competitive advantage. Every minute of wasted time because an employee lacks the necessary skills adversely affects the company's bottom line.

Enhancing the ability of employees to effectively communicate, negotiate, resolve conflict, and work effectively as individuals or as team members, which reduces wasted time and improves efficiency. Also, it saves valuable management time that would be needlessly spent putting out fires caused by these deficiencies.

At Strategic Resolutions, LLC, we bring the workshop directly to your facility. Workshops are tailored to the specific needs of your company or organization. Eliminated are the costs and time consumed in travel when sending employees to workshops around the country. In an era when cost-effectiveness is central to profitability and survival, on-site workshops are the answer.

Strategic Resolutions, LLC offers professional workshops taught by professionals in the following areas:

  • Dispute Resolution
  • Conflict Management
  • Teamwork
  • Negotiations
  • Writing for Success
  • Public Speaking
  • Using PowerPoint Effectively
  • Negotiations
  • Business Ethics
Our workshops include interactive, hands-on training using current technology and multi-media presentations.

Half-Day Workshops $750

Emerging Issues in Mediation, Nov 6-8, 1996
Evaluation Summary

Very good understandable nice style of presentation / A full day workshop would be great, like the semi circle much better to establish an environment conducive to learning / More advanced now that basic has been done knew much more about what he was talking about than he stated in beginning of session, great / Very good, learned a lot, thanks for the net sites information / I liked that the seating was rearranged. Gave me more confidence to do more financial mediation / Not enough time in workshop to take out of the time for questions from participants / Exception clear, confident, responsive to questions. I like this guy and will go for more in-depth prevention / Just at the right level for me, thanks / Reviews basic outline at outset - this prevents premature questions / Excellent, very knowledgeable, good sense of humor, good communication skills, would love to have him back next year to do the advanced workshop with the role play.

Dear Larry,

Thank you for the informative and entertaining presentation at the recent Wisconsin Association of Public Purchases education conference. I received many compliments on your presentation (both topic and delivery) from our members. The hardest part of organizing any conference is getting quality speakers, but you were an excellent choice for WAPP. Most of our group negotiates and mediates in some form on a daily basis, and you were able to provide us with tools to better perform our jobs, and did so in an enjoyable manner that kept the day moving and the subject matter interesting. Our meeting was very informative and considered successful due to the efforts of people like you.

Sincerely,

Steve Martinelli
Procurement Specialist Senior
